25 local bands will play pre-Pilgrimage jams on Main Street Friday

Though Pilgrimage Festival doesn’t officially start until Saturday morning, you can prepare in advance with live tunes in downtown Franklin Friday.

Beginning at 1:30 p.m., 25 local artists will play at various locations from Biscuit Love, to the Tin Cottage and the Visitor Center.

The live performances are part of “Music on Main,” a collaboration between the festival, Visit Franklin and Tupelo, MS, the Downtown Franklin Association, and the JWCF.
