Nick Johnson, son of Terrell and Theresa Johnson is a senior at Summit High School and a member of the varsity football team.
Johnson plays the positions of middle linebacker and tight end. Within the last week, he had ten tackles, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and one interception.
Johnson got started in the sport at the young age of nine. He said that as long as he can remember, he aspired to play football.
As he trains and competes, the keeps the future in mind.
“The desire to play at the next level is why I strive every day to get better,” he said.
Johnson’s role model is his father, Terrell. He said, “He will do anything to help benefit my family and he has played a major role in my life and football career.”
After graduating, Johnson plans to attend college and pursue a degree in engineering. He also hopes to play football wherever he ends up.
