BASKETBALL: Brentwood routs Spring Hill, FRA girls hit buzzer-beater to win

Franklin Road Academy wins at buzzer against Father Ryan

The FRA Lady Panthers saw freshman Macie Medes sink a last-second shot Friday night to get the team a 41-38 win over Father Ryan.

She led the team with 15 points; Zharia Hutchinson added in 10.

Brentwood boys rout Spring Hill 

Jack Thurman (14) and Ben Mills (13) helped the Brentwood Bruins put on an offensive show against Spring Hill, 62-36.

Harry Lackey pitched in with 10 for the home team. Spring Hill’s Malachi Young led the Raiders with 18.

Currey Ingram wins big versus Benton Hall

Currey Ingram got a major win over Benton Hall, 58-15, Friday.

Efraim Hanai and Dominic Briggs had 12 a piece for the team.

Grace Christian sweeps STEM 

Both GCA teams got wins over STEM Thursday night.

Mason McKnatt’s strong season continues as his 24-points led the team to a 67-31 win over STEM.

Cole Scott, recently named to the WillCo Football All-County team as a wide receiver, had 12 in the victory.

Audrey Sanders (11 points) led the girls team to a 52-11 win over STEM.
