U.S. Rep. Marsha Blackburn, R-Brentwood, has assembled a statewide coalition of military veterans who are supporting her bid for the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by Bob Corker.

The veterans coalition includes over 1,000 Tennessee veterans who are supporting Blackburn, including supporters who are volunteering with the campaign.

“Our veterans’ sacrifice can never be fully repaid, but it is imperative that we fulfill our commitment to both the veteran and their families,” Blackburn said. “I am so grateful to have the support of these distinguished veterans from across the state, as I seek to represent them in the United States Senate. My hope is that my service will honor their service as I continue to fight for our brave men and women in uniform, who have sacrificed so much for our freedom.”
Leaders of the coalition are as follows:
Chair: Major General Gary Harrell, U.S. Army
Co-Chair: Major General Dan Wood, U.S. Army
Co-Chair: Lieutenant Colonel Dolores Gresham, U.S. Marine Corps (Ret)
