In time for Thanksgiving week, Spring Hill ibex management rewarded one of their employees with a supermarket sweep.

As part of the Spring Hill employee referral program, Collin Neeley’s referrals qualified him for a drawing for a race through the Food Lion on Main Street in Spring Hill.

As the winner, Neeley had three minutes to fill his cart with a limit of $1,000 in groceries. He was able to overflow his grocery cart in the time allotted to reach the limit and managed to select multiple turkeys in time for Thanksgiving.

“We wanted to do something right before Thanksgiving to help with his holiday celebration,” said Lori Mix, Vice President, Talent Acquisition, in a press release announcing the shopping spree event. “We strive for a people-centric culture where our employees feel valued and this contest is just part of the multitude of activities, we do consistently at ibex to ensure we fulfill that promise.”

Ibex, which provides customer service call centers for a variety of clients, is currently hiring in Spring Hill for customer service representatives. The company offers benefits, paid training and competitive starting compensation. For more information, please visit ibex.co/careers.
