Franklin High Band raffle winner may choose between two cars

The Franklin Band Boosters will once again host a car raffle benefiting the award-winning Franklin Band, and this year the winner will have a choice of cars.

Tickets cost $25 each, and 5 tickets can be purchased for $100.  The winner will be announced during the band’s annual Community Cavalcade Performance on Saturday, November 3, at 5 p.m.

This year, the winner will choose between a Chevrolet Camaro and a Ford Mustang, provided by Lyons Chevrolet/Buick/GMC/Ford in Lewisburg.

Tickets are available online at or from any Band Booster.  Boosters will sell tickets at each varsity football home game starting August 31; at the band’s Sonic Boom competition on October 6; and at Cars & Coffee on September 1 and October 6.

Only 3,000 raffle tickets will be sold nationwide.  Ticket buyers must be 18 years old but are not required to be present to win.  Proceeds from the raffle will fund new uniform accessories, equipment maintenance, props and other show expenses, as well as travel and competition expenses.
