High school students encouraged to register to vote in county-wide registration drives

Over the next few weeks, The Williamson County Election Commission will be conducting voter registration drives at all Williamson County public and most private high schools.

These drives run in conjunction with Constitution Week and National Voter Registration Month.

“We want to encourage the young citizens of our county to take the initiative to register to vote so they may participate in the electoral process and have their voices heard at the ballot box in the next election,” Chad Gray, Administrator of Elections, said.

Individuals must be registered in their county of residence no later than thirty days before Election Day, November 6, 2018,  in order to vote. To complete a voter registration application online, click here.
