According to mortgage planner Dan Kraus with Churchill Mortgage, on Jan. 7 25 percent of analysts predicted rates will trend up, 25 percent predicted rates will trend down and 50 percent predicted rates will remain unchanged.

According to Bell, inventory levels remain below normal across Williamson County, with the exception of Brentwood, which is within the historical norm of six months based on November’s sales pace.
