According to mortgage planner Dan Kraus with Churchill Mortgage, in the Bankrate Mortgage Rate Trend Index that comes out every Thursday showed from Jan. 14-20, 8 percent of analysts predict rates will trend up, 38 percent predict rates will trend down and 54 percent predict rates will remain unchanged.

According to Bell, inventory levels remain below normal across Williamson County, with the exception of Brentwood, which is within the historical norm of six months based on November’s sales pace.
