Nolensville native Dylan Moulton gets invite to Preds development camp

Originally from Nolensville, young hockey standout and defenseman Dylan Moulton will get the opportunity to impress the hometown Nashville Predators.

He was on the team’s 2019 Developmental Camp roster after receiving an invitation to attend and will brush shoulders with some of the organizations top prospects, 2019 draft picks and other budding hockey talents.

Camp begins Tuesday and includes notable Preds like 2017 first round pick Eeli Tolvanen and 2016 first rounder Dante Fabbro.

Per Penalty Box Radio’s Justin Bradford, Moulton plays for both the Chippewa Steel of the North American Hockey League and the United States Hockey League’s Green Bay Gamblers. Both teams are based in Wisconsin.

For the 2015-16 season, he played for Ravenwood High School’s hockey team and tallied 11 points. He has 28 points this season in his 55 games played with the Steel, including five goals scored.

Though, he’ll be back in his home state this week to start taking steps toward a hopeful NHL career.

He’s committed to play collegiate hockey with Bowling Green this fall.
