Plans for a Five Guys restaurant were submitted to Spring Hill city staff on Wednesday, with the applicant requesting site plan approval for a 5,425-square-foot restaurant building.

The location of the Five Guys would be on 5426 Main Street, just south of the intersection of Kedron Road and Main Street, across the street from McDonald’s.

Five Guys is a fast casual restaurant chain that specializes in burgers, hot dogs and french fries. With more than 1,400 locations across the globe including restaurants in Franklin, Brentwood and Nashville, the Five Guys chain has expanded its reach significantly since the opening of its first location in 1986, with 2015 sales figures exceeding $1.4 billion.

The site plan for the proposed Five Guys restaurant will be reviewed on the November 26 meeting of the Spring Hill Planning Commission. If placed on the following meeting’s agenda, the site plan will then be voted on by the commission during the next voting meeting on December 10.

Planning Commission meetings are open to the public, and are held at 199 Town Center Parkway, Spring Hill, TN 37174. Click here to view upcoming planning commission agendas.
