Berry Farms and Publix announced back in the summer of 2015 that they would build a 46,000 square foot anchor store, supported by 20,000 square feet of additional retail.
Construction started last fall, and it looks like an opening date is within reach.
“Publix is aiming for a February open date,” said Kristin Cales, spokesperson for Boyle Investment Group, the developer behind Berry Farms. “We’re building the Publix building and three adjacent retail buildings. We expect to deliver them next month for tenant build-out. We have leased signed for State Farm, No. 1 Chinese and Berry Farms Animal Clinic in the retail buildings.”
It is located on the northeastern corner of Lewisburg Pike and Goose Creek Bypass
