Several agents from the Spring Hill office of RE/MAX Fine Homes received recognition as award winners at the annual RE/MAX Regional Awards banquet held recently.

Eight of the agents received club level awards for production. The club level was broken down into the Executive Club level, 100-percent Club level and Platinum Club level.

Vera Russell and Belinda Bell both received 100-percent Club awards, while Kimberly McIntyre, Kay Daughrity, Kim Scarritt, Lori Koch and Marsha Hendry each received Executive Club awards.

The office’s top producer, Adrienne Arnett, was recognized as a Platinum Club award winner.

“Congrats to all of our award winners!” said Terri Rutherford, owner and principal broker of RE/MAX Fine Homes. “The RE/MAX name brings a lot to our franchise. Most of our agents have served in the real estate industry over 15 years, affording us the opportunity to be a quality office with a quality atmosphere and quality agents. The awards our agents have brought home are just one part of the success this office has been blessed to enjoy.”

Scarritt, a first time RE/MAX award winner, received multiple awards with other real estate companies before joining the Spring Hill office last May.

“We all help each other and support each other, and that is why we are so successful,” she said. “It is always a team effort. We are not just real estate agents together, we are family.”

The RE/MAX Fine Homes office is committed to supporting agents’ success in many ways. Beard and Rutherford recently completed certification in the RE/MAX CARES (Coaching Agents to Real Estate Success) program, which offers training and on one-on-one coaching for agents with all levels of experience.

RE/MAX Fine Homes is also known as a “Donation Office,” and is a proud supporter of many local charities. For every sale made through RE/MAX Fine Homes, the company makes a donation to the client’s charity of choice, which allows the company to benefit many nonprofit groups, including the American Heart Association, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and GraceWorks Ministries in Franklin.

The Spring Hill office of RE/MAX Fine Homes is located at 2051 Wall Street in Spring Hill.
