For the second year in a row, Scout’s Pub will be open for Thanksgiving Day, offering a chef-inspired feast for those who prefer to dine out for the holiday. The upscale pub concept in Franklin’s Westhaven neighborhood is accepting reservations for seatings at 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. by phone at 615-721-5993.
Scout’s Pub will offer a four-course, prix fixe menu featuring several traditional holiday favorites and a few unique dishes. All meals will begin with a sweet potato bisque, followed by the option to choose between Scout’s Autumn and Winter salads. Main course offerings are sage and sausage-stuffed turkey breast with gravy, a 10 ounce prime rib, chicken pot pie or ginger-glazed salmon roulade. Each entrée comes with two sides, and choices include smoked mac and cheese, sweet potato casserole, baked broccoli and cheese, parsnip mashed potatoes and balsamic-glazed green beans with crispy onions. Dessert choices of maple pumpkin cheesecake or caramel apple cobbler will round out the meal.
The Scout’s Pub Thanksgiving Day lunch is $37.99 per person.
The restaurant will offer its regular kids’ menu for diners ages 12 and under. Chicken fingers, mac and cheese, pizza, grilled cheese, hamburger or cheeseburger and pasta are among the kid-friendly options, each served with the guest’s choice of French fries or fruit.
Scout’s Pub is part of the A. Marshall Family Foods family of restaurants, boasting elevated versions of the comfort food for which the A.
