Pickin’ in the Park, Spring Hill’s longest running music festival, drew large crowds Saturday at Harvey Park. The event saw performances from the kid-composed rock band General Idea, 17-year-old Sierra Stedman, and the bluegrass group 840 Junction, whose country stylings saw more than one audience member break out in dance.
Saturday’s show was the second-to-last day of Pickin’ in the Park for the year, with 2019’s final showing scheduled for later next month in September. Stick with the Home Page to find next month’s lineup first.
