The following is the weekly Tennessee Department of Transportation update for Williamson County for Thursday, July 3, through Wednesday, July 9:

Widening of State Route 253 (Concord Road) from Sunset Road to Nolensville Road

  • Monday, July 7, through Wednesday, July 9, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. – Traffic will be flagged during trench and bore pit blasting operations near the roadway.

Performance based maintenance work on Interstate 65 and State Route 840

  • Monday, July 7, through Wednesday, July 9, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. – There will be possible lane closures on I-65 and SR 840 to patch potholes on an as-needed basis.
  • Monday, July 7, through Wednesday, July 9, 8 p.m.-5 a.m. – There will be possible lane closures on I-65 and SR 840 to repair guardrail on an as-needed basis.

TDOT bridge inspection

  • Tuesday, July 8, 9:30 p.m., through Wednesday July 9, 5 a.m. – There will be lane closures on I-65 in both directions at the Harpeth River and State Route 106 for bridge inspection. One lane will remain open.

TDOT maintenance

  • Monday, July 7, through Wednesday, July 9, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. – There will be possible lane closures at various locations on I-65 to patch potholes on an as-needed basis.
  • Friday July 11, 8 p.m., through Monday July 14, 6 a.m. – There will be alternating lane shifts at the on-ramp of Cool Springs Boulevard and I-65 and at the on-ramps from SR 840 westbound to I-65 northbound and southbound to replace concrete. Traffic will be maintained.
