Let’s face it: traffic and parking are sometimes difficult during popular festivals in Historic Downtown Franklin.
But Franklin Transit once again is offering an alternative way to get to the seasonal festivities of Dickens of a Christmas. Park your car and hop aboard the Franklin Transit Dickens Shuttle this Saturday and Sunday in downtown Franklin.
A one-way ride is $1.
On Saturday, Dec. 9, shuttle service will run from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Park at either The Park at Harlinsdale Farm on Franklin Road (across from The Factory at Franklin), or at Church of the City, located at 828 Murfreesboro Road.
Shuttle service will run from 10 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 10, from The Park at Harlinsdale Farm on Franklin Road (across from The Factory at Franklin.
The Dickens festival features costumed characters, live entertainment, children’s area, vendors, and much more that has made it a favorite for the entire community during the holiday season.
