The Thompson’s Station Farmers Market returns to the Event Barn at Homestead Manor on Wednesday, May 3.
The mid-week market takes place each Wednesday until August 30. Applications are now being accepted through March 31 for participating local vendors.
“The Thompson’s Station Farmers Market is such a fun way for community members to shop local,” said Rachel Layton, director of marketing at A. Marshall Family Foods. “It’s perfect for people who want to purchase fresh produce and goods or just hang out with friends and family at beautiful Homestead Manor.”
Vendor registration is available online through EventBrite, here.
In order to be accepted as a vendor, products must be homegrown, homemade or home-baked in the local middle Tennessee community. Past vendors have offered local produce and products, such as honey, meat, dairy, jams, natural skincare products and more.
“We have such a great selection of vendors at the market,” Layton said. “The main change we’ve made this year is adding two night markets for our friends in the community to enjoy on their way home from work. We’re really excited about it.”
Based off feedback from previous vendors, the market will remain the same this year, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Night markets will take place on May 31 and August 2, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
