Developers are seeking to amend the 10-year-old plan for the Roderick subdivision.
The Town of Thompson’s Station announced that it is moving its regularly scheduled planning commission meeting from March 22 to March 29.
The date of the commission’s voting meeting was moved because it fell during the week of Spring Break, according to Town Planner Wendy Deats.
The planning commission has also scheduled a work session for March 15 to receive and review information on the current concept plan for the Roderick subdivision, she added.
Roderick was originally approved back in 2006 with a revision in 2007, but nothing was ever done on the site. They are now looking for approvals of another revision, according to Deats.
